Liz Kelly

Liz Kelly was born and raised in Westchester County, New York. She grew up singing in school choirs, county and state choruses, and learning piano. In college, she enjoyed four years of an all-woman’s a cappella group (Head pitch pipe and music arranger, senior year) After graduating from Wheaton College with a degree in Communications, she went on to work in New York City in the media industry; both on and off-camera as a news reporter, voice over specialist, and walk-in roles for soap operas such as Guiding Light and All My Children.

She continued to sing and was booked at weddings and corporate events all over the Tri-state area. She also worked in radio, national commercials and for regional lives bands (country, rock and pop based). After moving to Los Angeles in 2005, she continued acting in commercials as well as recurring roles in Daytime TV, sitcoms and dramas. All the while being a student of Voice and Performance by some of the leading teachers in Hollywood. In 2009 she was recruited to join a prestigious vocal academy in Studio City under the tutelage of Master Class teachers, John Henny and Valerie Morehouse. She was soon fully certified in vocal method, performance and health and began teaching students from beginners to celebrities, students of all ages and levels. When John and Valerie parted ways, Liz took her knowledge and experience to Manhattan Beach where she handled a roster of 35-40 students per week at the School of Dance and Music- Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach locations.
